We remove old coatings, corrosion, and contamination, and prepare the surface in accordance with applicable international standards. Surface profile, cleanliness, and adhesion are checked before we proceed.

Without the right protection, moisture, mechanical stress, and environmental factors inevitably cause corrosion and wear. A well-structured protection system helps minimise these effects, prolongs the asset's technical lifespan, and reduces maintenance requirements.
Each system is built up based on the specific requirements of the asset. We don't just focus on delivery, but on long-term performance. We use proven technologies such as Propspeed and Lightspeed, which clearly help reduce marine growth, lower maintenance needs, and improve surface protection.
Refit and restoration projects require control and flexibility. Existing structures, limited space, and multiple disciplines working simultaneously make execution complex. There is very little wiggle room in planning and execution.
We carefully assess the existing conditions, determine what needs repair, and identify where optimisation is worthwhile. Work is carried out with minimal disruption to production, work schedules, or ongoing use. A superyacht refit comes with different requirements than an industrial refurbishment or infrastructure renovation. The approach is different. Not the quality standards.

Not every project is executed at our own facility. Our mobile teams carry out blasting and coating work on the customer's site, in the Netherlands and abroad. We use our own equipment, certified specialists, and materials tailored to the project requirements. The work is planned to fit the project schedule and the circumstances on site.
When urgent action is needed, we can scale up quickly without compromising quality or safety. From yard support to defence projects, our way of working and quality standards remain consistent, regardless of the project's location or scale.
